Decided to switch up my breakfast cereal & chose Lucky Charms. Loved it as a kid & it's been at least 15 years since I last had a bowl. Had a bowl Monday morning & it was scrumptious. Only issue is later that evening I had mild stomach pains & my stool was green. Mentioned to my wife it must just be all the dye in the "marbits." This was the case throughout the week. It was delicious, I didn't want to waste, & all symptoms were mild. Said to myself I would finish the box & move onto something else. "Getting too old for all that sugar & dye" was my cry. Then came Friday. Had my morning bowl & didn't notice the usual mild side effects. That got my bravery up so I had a late night snack around 9 PM. This was the 1st day I had more than a bowl & oh boy was that a mistake. Woke up around 730 this Saturday morning with EXREME diarrhea & stomach cramps. The cramps were so painful I was moaning in agony for about 7 hours straight when it was at its worst. Even harder to explain is I actually have had an appetite since I woke up. Despite the symptoms, so I've at least been able to eat small bits of food & keep it down. No vomiting. Its now 6 PM & seems I'm at the very end of the stomach pains. Also feeling extremely dehydrated & weak from all the fluid loss. Anal irritation. Item was purchased from here. Expiration date is 12/27/23 Lot Number: BU0634 08 UPDATE: Woke up at 230 AM with stomach cramps & diarrhea. Symptoms have continued into the next day. Don't know what you'll find in a lab test. I think it's the GMO oats that react with all the sugar in the marshmallows. That creates a breeding ground for bad bacteria. Maybe explains why so many of us loved Lucky Charms as kids(before GMOs) but are getting sick now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Dehydration, Weakness, Green Stool

BECAUSE IT HAS TRISODIUM PHOSPHATE IN IT WHICH IS A FOOD CLEANER
