Lucky charms w/ milk, This is my 4th time eating lucky charms and every time, I end up on the toilet with diarrhea. I can eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, coco pebbles, all just fine. But every time I eat lucky charms, it goes right through me. Genetically Engineered Corn products people. They produce a toxin to combat a root worm that doesn't wash off the corn kernels. That bio-toxin causes these symptoms according to the French study from several years ago. Add in that breast cancer has gone up 300% after a decade of this being in food (also proven side effect of GE corn.)

Do you KNOW what GMO food IS? Do you know how it’s created? You could be eating the genetic profile of a frog, it’s not the same as cross-breeding hybrid plants. There is a LOT of ignorance around something that is science. Read the peer reviewed scientific articles on why it’s banned all around the world.. but thank goodness for big ag that arrogant ignorance prevails in the United States, obviously it’s working for the health of our country.

Our entire family had the worst diarrhea after eating Lucky Charms three years ago. Finally decided it must not have been the Lucky Charms and we got a box last year, within an hour we were all sick. We will NEVER EAT THEM AGAIN!! There are Reddit discussions on diarrhea and lucky charms. There is something WRONG with the cereal these days. My friends who’s son loves lucky charms won’t buy it anymore because it was upsetting his stomach too! It didn’t upset my stomach when I was a kid thru my 20’s.. but something happened in the last 5years and we’ll NEVER buy it again!!

So many foods have additives used for thickening such as carrageenan that in many people cause explosive diarrhea. Also the use of chicory root, also known as inulin, as a fiber can cause days worth of abdominal pain, gas, cramping and diarrhea. Both these additives are deemed "safe" by the FDA and are found in lots of foods we eat everyday.
