The last time I purchased Lucky Charms was September, 2021. I realized this cereal gave me sudden diarrhea and gastric bloating everytime I consumed it. I would eat it, then head to work, where I'd have to rush to find a toilet because I could not control my bowel distress. This went on for several months and I thought I had developed IBS or another type of digestive disorder. However, I noted that it was only in the morning and within an hour of eating Lucky Charms cereal, and my stool was watery and had a greenish blue color to it. It was almost the color of milk that remained in a bowl after the cereal was consumed. I decided to stop eating Lucky Charms, to see if that was the culprit, and I have never experienced those symptoms again. Nothing has ever caused that amount of bloating, or urgent need to defecate in my life. I only started to eat Lucky Charms around May 2021 and the symptoms slowly progressed to an everyday occurrence that was abnormal. My conclusion was that Lucky Charms cereal is not safe for my digestive system. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Gas, Green Stool
