Spaghetti Illness: Severe Symptoms - Luigi's Pizza & Gyros, Lawton Oklahoma

Yesterday Thursday 1/21/22. I ate spaghetti and meat sauce before noon, the food was all fresh I thought. A couple of hours later I was vomiting, x soft stools, very dizzy, chills, fever, felt drugged, could not keep eyes open. Got very dehydrated!! Got electrolyte in me and it helped after I could finally get liquid in me. Very violently sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Dehydration, Dizziness
