I ordered a bacon extra cheese personalized pizza for lunch from their Food Service inside of my work. the Walmart distribution center in Lewiston, Maine, on 12/12/21 at 9:30AM and at 1:30 PM I had to leave work because I was violently puking, dry heaving, and shaking. I couldn’t drive home; I had to have my boyfriend come get me from off the side of the road, after trying to drive home. I couldn’t move I was in so much pain from puking; it was the worst experience with food poisoning I’ve had in my entire life. Later I began to have diarrhea and then continued to dry-heave some more. I know it was this man’s pizza because everything else I ate before then, I eat every single day: I drank an ensure, some pedialyte, and ate my high protein cafe steamers mea. I also ate his mozzarella sticks, but those are always really good, which leads me to believe this man served me expired or inedible bacon, WHICH is WORSE. I could’ve gotten a parasite; I almost went to the hospital and if I had, I without a doubt would be suing him. I am livid. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shaking
