This happened in the springtime of last year, i had a pepperoni pizza lunchable and a few hours later had diarrhea and nausea, which later led to all the symptoms setting in and causing me great discomfort. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
