10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-205. 11 observed hand washing sink in server station doubling as a dump sink. Hand washing sink is stored on top with dump sink directly below. Instructed manager to ensure hand washing sink is used for no purpose than hand washing. Must remove dump sink below. Management has wrapped sink up believing to be in compliance. Instructed manager to ensure hand washing sink is only 1 single basin priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued.
