We (wife, daughter, son and myself) just came back today from, wife got sick with diarrhea and extremely painful cramps that woke her up. I went to the Assist Clinic and they gave her some meds. Two days later my daughter (9 year old) got the same symptoms ending at the Hospiten Clinic with a 3 days recovery. Hotel Management did not acknowledge or took responsibility. This is a 100% food poisoning created by a bacteria as per doctors. Same tong utensils are used to handle raw chicken while cooking burgers. Pool bar is using re-usable plastic cups they dont clean or wash properly. The cross-contamination is all over and even locals are suffering from too. The Hotel Management never mentioned how they were planning to solve this issues and even the Vice Manager, did not even bother to take notes or show any types of sympathy about it. I spent 7k for this trip and another 7k in hospital bills. I dont really want to anyone else to suffer for it, Three of us got sick, but my daughter got diarrhea, cramps, 10-14 diarrhea per day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
