ham and mustard sandwich I ate 1/2 the sandwich on Saturday afternoon approx 4pm then had a meal with my parents for dinner. Sunday morning, I woke with pains in my stomach, I was doubled over then started vomiting. Spent remainder of the day in bed with frequent bathroom trips to vomit and diarrhoea. Next day diarrhoea very bad including lots of blood. Vomiting stopped. In bed all day. By next morning all stopped except some stomach cramps. Wednesday OK. It happened on Sunday October 17th morning | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
