I had a sausage and mushroom pizza at 10 pm on Monday February 8, 2021. Woke up at 4AM with vomiting, diarrhea, and severe stomach cramps. This continued through Tuesday and Wednesday with the addition of bleeding from the rectum (a lot of blood). Much better Thursday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
