Bought a ham and coleslaw sandwich from M&S and 5 hours later I had severe vomiting, diarrhea and felt freezing cold with a headache which lasted for about 6 hours. I couldn't even keep water down | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
