Brought a chicken and bacon wrap, shortly after I had food poisoning, vomiting, diarrhoea and nausea. It was the only thing I’d eaten all day so had to be related to that. I have sick around 8 hours after of eating this, it was the only thing I’d eaten all day. I had to miss 3 full days of work following this incident as I’m a nurse and work for nhs | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
