Reporting this from several months ago because just found out about this website. Beginning of June, I ordered a Create your own salad from MAD Greens with spring mix, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olives- and it was put in a bowl to eat in the restaurant but I actually asked for it to go. When I told the worker, she flipped the bowl over in a to go container but missed some of the leaves so used her BARE hands to put some fallen ingredients from the counter to the to go container. I saw it happen, and don't know why I didn't say anything about wearing gloves. Sure enough, that night and the next FIVE days I was sick vomiting and diahrea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
