I dined at Maggiano's in King of Prussia, PA on June 13, where I had chopped Italian salad and dessert with fresh berries. Approximately one week later, on June 19, I suddenly became extremely ill (vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, etc) with no logical explanation or obvious cause. I was sick for nearly five days. I recently had another bout of similar symptoms from July 10-15. Once again, I couldn't identify a logical or obvious cause. That was, until I heard about cyclospora, and the potential for symptoms to return if untreated. Upon further reading, and mapping dates, I believe the produce I consumed on June 13 — one week prior to my first onset of symptoms may have been contaminated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue
