11/15/23 Not sure what caused it, started on day 4. Suddenly got unctrollable diarrhea and extreme nausea and vomiting. Couldn’t keep anything down even medication. I also developed chills and body aches. After going to the resort clinic, I had to be taken by ambulance to ER due to my blood pressure dropping to 85/40. At the hospital after numerous tests they found I had a bacterial infection and a parasitic infection. I was discharged to complete 10 days of multiple medications. | Symptoms: Fever, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
