Symptoms started 4/7, we left punta cana 4/8 and I currently am admitted in the hospital back home. Confirmed shigatoxin 1 I was there from 3/31-4/8, sick on 4/7..symptoms became untolerable with bloody diarrhea, extreme cramping and bloating. Electrolytes off. I have been admitted in hospital since early morning 4/8 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Bloating
