My fiancé and I both met another couple at Malo for Cinco de Mayo. We both woke up projectile vomiting, loose stools, and fever in the middle of the night. The woman from the other couple also reported the same symptoms after she got home. We all had the Sangria. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
