Closure Date: 09/01/2022Overflowing wastewater. An inspector visited in response to a complaint alleging a variety of unsanitary conditions, and arrived to find all of the floor sinks had standing water in them. The owner said he’d noticed the backup yesterday and called a plumber, but the restaurant was still operating. Among other violations, food was at unsafe temperatures, there were numerous flies inside and surfaces throughout the facility needed cleaning. This was the restaurant’s first failed inspection or closure since coming off probation in September 2020; between 2016 and 2019 it failed four inspections and was shut down three times.
