I ordered a half hot honey pepperoni magnifico/half big cheese around 7:30pm and consumed several pieces of the pepperoni side. By midnight I was experiencing extreme food poisoning symptoms including nausea, repeated vomiting, intense stomach pain/cramps and diarrhea containing blood. The symptoms are currently ongoing.
