It was about 7pm i ordered a asiago steak pizza and cheesy bread about an hour later i felt like i was going to die mouth watered up next thing im throwing up an having bowel movements everywhere i know it was the pizza its all ive ate now my stomach is in knots an everytime i swallow i either vomit or almost vomit pain level around 7 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
