Post-Cinco Burrito Illness - Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, Toms River New Jersey

I have been going here for several years and yesterday, the day after cinco de mayo the restaurant was off. I shared a vegetable burrito with my wife but I had mushrooms on the side. 6 hours later I was sooo sick with food poisoning. The restaurant was not recovered from the day before and it was not addressed. Also 2 Managers were helping in the kitchen. Either I got sick from the mushrooms or cross contamination from it not being clean. Either way even with us being offered free entrees next time I think we will pass. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
