Closure Date: June 2. 2023A health official saw multiple live and dead cockroaches at various life stages and egg casings in the facility,including:
- Five+ live and 25+ dead cockroaches were observed in the kitchen on a glue board dated 5/25/23 on the floor between the food preparation sink and work table in the back kitchen.
- One live and nine dead cockroaches and egg casing were observed on a glue board dated 5/25/23 on the floor near the walk-in refrigerator.
- Eight dead cockroaches were observed on the floor under a three-compartment ware wash sink.
- Three dead cockroaches are on the floor to the left of the ice machine.
- One dead and one live cockroach were observed in a tin can on the floor below a worktable located to the right of the cook line.
- One live adult cockroach was observed on the floor between the food prep sink and the reach-in freezer.
- Eighty+ live and dead cockroaches in various life stages on three glue boards near the hot water heater.
