Additional information: Heated a frozen chicken pot pie longer than required and wasn’t able to finish it due to the crust having been so soggy it led to it becoming a paste like texture when in mouth had to leave it half way. This was the only meal that day that required heating and contained all those ingredients which is why I know it was the cause of the discomfort. The next day woke up will horrible stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea with anything and everything even water.
