Chicken and beef. Ate one yesterday and woke up sick. Did not think it was the soup. Stomach settled and ate the other one following evening. Got really sick again with wrenching cramps and diarrhea. Settled after 4 hours. I have no known food allergies but don’t often eat cheap instant ramen . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
