I have always loved Mary Browns have eaten there numerous times. Yesterday Sept 19 2023 I ordered for lunch a Big Mary sandwich and Diet Pepsi. Last night at 2am I had severe nausea, stomach pain and then started vomiting and diarrhea at the same time and it kep going ALL night. Severe sweating as well, this continued until 7am. I now feel like I’ve been run over by a truck. For dinner I had pasta at home, no meat just sauce. So can say with certainty that this was from my lunch. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
