Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. 60-previous core violations not corrected from report #2590224 0n 2-28-24:10-timed faucets not operable in pre-k staff washroom. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet. 55-observed peeling paint on walls in kitchen and openinns along baseboards under stairwell near exit doors in kitchen.
