On June 19th, 2019, my friend shared the #5 cheese enchiladas at lunch with another friend, and they each began vomiting at about the same time on their separate ways back to work. My friend is still feeling terrible this morning, probably from staph toxin poisoning. When she called the restaurant to report it yesterday, the response she got was "yeah, we're getting a lot of calls about that today. Weird." | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
