Salad I had the southwest chicken and avacado salad at about 5pm. I woke up nauseous at 1am. The illness has continued for 6 days so far with nausea and severe diarrhea. I had to make a trip to the ER to get IV fluids for dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration
