I ate a Beef sandwich and 3-4 hours later began to burp up the food then have not been able to leave the bathroom today. I noticed once I ate I began to have reflux and then started vomiting | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Burping, Acid reflux
