McChicken Illness: Severe Symptoms - McDonald's, North Branch Minnesota

2/7/2024 Only thing I ate all day. Ate at 1pm. At 11pm had horrific stomach pains and cramps. Body aches and headache Started constancy diarrhea at 3am and vomiting (strangely only lettuce and yellow liquid) I mean no bun- just lettuce- at 7am. So was on toilet with a bowl both ends going. Now it’s 11:16 am still stomach pain/cramps the Vomiting has stopped the Diarrhea went on not as violent till Friday. This is horrible! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
