I ordered a spicy mccrispy chicken sandwich with extra sauce, a 4 piece mccrispy strips, a blue raspberry slushy, and honey mustard side sauces. While i was eating the food i randomly started coughing a lot, finding it hard to breath, and i started coughing up a lot of mucus out of no where, then like 20 minutes later when i got home, my stomach was making all sorts of loud noises and i immediately started having diarrhea that was purely liquid, like brown water, and that continued on into the next day, as well as feeling hard to breath. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cough
