I bought 2 big Macs a McChicken fries that night around 2 aam I start waking up with my stomach cramping and twisting and dierria and a high fever and I couldn't go back to sleep without my stomach bothering me, My wife which had stomach cramp and dieera as well and it started bout 8 hours after we ate the food | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
