I got a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch. 15 minutes later I start having stomach pains, cramps, gas, and I ran to the bathroom where I started having explosive diarrhea and vomiting for around 10 minutes before I had to just call off work early for the rest of the day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Vomiting, Gas

Don't buy the bag of frozen Swai fish I battered and deep fried it in oil checked the temperature with a thermometer a hour later felt like I was going to puke then the next morning I pooped out live worms went right to the doctor got checked out everything is clear now hasn't happened since.  | Symptoms: Nausea
