Food Safety Report - Walmart, Great Falls Montana

1 month ago reported by user-htxp3718 business

Walmart Supercenter, Smelter Avenue Northeast, Great Falls, MT, USA

701 Smelter Avenue Northeast, Great Falls, 59404 Montana, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Lucky Charms Cereal
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Bright green & urgent diahrea, Everytime over the last 5 years, whenever my son and I eat Lucky Charms. We get bright green urgent diarrhea and stomach pain/cramps a few hours after consuming Lucky Charms. It does not happen anytime we eat any other type of cereal! At first I thought maybe it was not due to the cereal. Now after years of seeing the effects I am certain it is from Lucky Charms! Given the time frame being years, the constants and variables, we've practically done our own quasi case study at this point. It is so predictable, my 9yr old has recently refused to eat Lucky Charms anymore, and that is suprising as he loves marshmallows. He's even made a nickname for the illness. He calls it Leprchaun poop juice. We do not have any allergies to lactose/milk. The fact that it happens to both of us, over years, from different boxes, bought at different stores, no matter how little was eaten, and only when we eat Lucky Charms is extremely alarming! The chances it is a coincidence is very unlikely if not impossible. I suspect one of the ingredients, storage, or processes etc. when making Lucky Charms is the likely culprit. As I've seen hundreds if not thousands of reviews with similar symptoms. I urge the FDA do thier own case study! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
