I went to the mcdonalds drive through at 1100 Fillmore St, San Francisco, CA 94115 on March 27th 2017. I ordered some cookies and milk. I immediately took a bite of a chocolate chip cookie and opened the milk. I took a drink and the milk tasted funny. I then looked at the milk and saw that the sell by date on the milk was march 23th 2017. Its now March 30th and Im still vomitting and have diariah. I havent been able to work since then. Im very upset that Milk was Illegally sold past the sell by date and it a made me sick. Im hoping this didnt happen to anyone else or their children. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ended up having to call 911, a trip by ambulance to the ER. She was diagnosed with Clostridioides difficile (infection of the colon), acute pancreatitis. C. difficile is transmitted through contaminated food from an infected person. You can also get it from taking certain antibiotics, which she has not taken any. As of November 29, there have been no illnesses reported related to GHGA fresh-cut products. The... See More fresh-cut fruit products containing recalled cantaloupe were distributed to Kroger stores in Alabama and Georgia, Sprouts stores in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, and Trader Joe’s retail stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.
All GHGA fresh-cut fruit products associated with the recalled whole cantaloupe associated with the outbreak have expired, however consumers who have purchased these items and may have frozen them for later use are urged not to consume the products and to dispose of them immediately or return the items to their local store for a full refund.
The products are packaged in clear square or round plastic containers, marked with a “sell by” date and a lot code on the label.
Voluntarily recalled items include the specific products, lot codes, and expiration dates in a link below or images attached. No other products are affected.
According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), several illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the whole cantaloupe recalled by Sofia Produce, LLC dba Trufresh, however, as of November 29, no illnesses have been confirmed to be associated with GHGA products.

Bix Produce of Little Canada, MN., is issuing a voluntary recall of Grab N’ Go containers of cut cantaloupe and mixed fruit cups due to the potential for Salmonella contamination in the products.
