I bought 3 chicken sandwiches, fries and a 10 piece nugget. Near immediately after consuming, I vomited everything I had eaten up and felt a little bit better. This was around noon, but full symptoms came around 5 PM where I had uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting, as well as nausea and stomach cramps.
