Cheesy Fries Cause Dehydration - McDonald's, Bear Delaware

Cheesy bacon fries from McDonald’s, One. Ate around 12 am 3/9/19, started vomiting and having diarrhea At 9 am. Proceeded to vomit until 4:30 pm, continuing to have diarrhea. Went to the hospital for severe dehydration at 5:00 pm, received 1/2 bag of IV fluids, and was sent home at 10:30 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration
