Had nothing to eat today except for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon at McDonald's. 2 hours later stomach ache followed by an emergency stop at a gas station where I had diarrhea. Continued on my way home had to stop a gun at a SuperAmerica.. more diarrhea. Got home not feeling good obviously had a little ginger ale and two more diarrhea's at home. Then I was about to take a shower to help stomach pain and suddenly I had to throw up... 4-5 heaves....don't think there's anything left in my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
