My mom ordered a double cheese burger with no pickles or ketchup just mustard. She added extra mustard. Immediately after eating her stomach aches and 2 hours later she began throwing she is 14 hours into throwing up. The food was door dashed and sealed. No tampering. She is 66 years old.
