Poutine & Smoothie Illness - McDonald's, Delta British Columbia

I went for dinner at 4pm yesterday. I ate some poutine and I had a couple sips of a strawberry and banana smoothie. At 7pm I started to vomit the poutine out every 5mins. My mom took me to the hospital at 9pm and I was vomiting out some chunks of cheese from the poutine. In the hospital I vomited even more when talking to the doctors. I didn't stop vomiting until 11pm when I was given a medicine and some electrolytes. Its the next day right now and just typing this makes me want to puke. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
