McChicken Causes Severe Illness - McDonald's, Evansville Indiana

About 2-3 hours after I ate a McChicken from a McDonald's on Hwy 41 Evansville location, I steered having a horrible stomach ache. I got diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, muscle aches, and a headache. It made me belch also and when I would, I could taste the lettuce from the sandwich.
