I ate some chicken nuggets from McDonald's that seemed to be either overcooked or maybe they recooked them and undercooked fries Diarrhea nausea headache no vomiting because I'm preventing it by eating ice I'm the only one. I started feeling sick about 15 to 20 minutes after eating. My stomach immediately started making griping sounds and I couldn't help but run to the bathroom at work and the diarrhea started | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
