Shake Sickness: Nausea, Vomiting - McDonald's, Los Angeles California

I had a chocolate shake at about 7 pm from there. Just after I finished it, I felt a wave of nausea. Within an hour it projectile vomited out of me bringing instant relief. Slightly queasy during the night then had diarrhea first thing in the morning. It's now noon and I'm still queasy but had some clear broth a couple hours ago and it didn't make me worse.
