At seven thirty last nite I ordered a number two meal that consisted of cheese burger,large fry, orange soda one chocolate chip cookie.at 11pm I went to bed I started coughing all nite of clear fluids but I didn't think much of it.i didn't get much sleep due to the coughing.at 8am I went the bathroom like I always do,but I noticed a lot of urination followed by stumac cramps,the nausea and I threw up I started to sweat in two minutes I was completely wet all over followed by being cold from being very hot so I laid down after the first of content s of my stumac came up.then 20 minutes I threw up again which was wondering ,not only did the contents come up out my mouth it came out of my nose I almost hit my head on the toilet ,after that I laid back down and 20 minutes later more came up I got, and sweat y again and then cold and shakey.so now IAM weak and tired.this incident was 1/27/18the food was brought at seven thirty pm and consumed at 745pm 1/26/18 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Cough, Cramps, Sweating
