Bought a Happy meal- (Chicken nuggets, fries, yogurt and apple juice) around 7.15pm, December 30. 5 year old suffering with vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain all night.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: McDonald's Happy meal
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
