I went there near me which is located here, I ordered: Bac Egg Ch Mcdrdl Mi,1 Iced crml coffee, 1 say egg ch mcgrdl & a sprite. After i ate food whitin an hour my stomach was tight and bothered , i felt i have to go the bathroom and didnt have the strength to drive back home. The next day i couldnt get out of bed,i had bad diarrhea, vomitting,Headaches and real stomach pains and i called in for work and told them i was feeling good . I started to feel this pain for two more days before going into saint joseph hospital . I spent 3 days in tnr hospital and they informed that i had septic shock which is a bacteria that formed in my blood after antibiotics was given and they were sending me home i was later informed that the bacteria was salmonella. This is a very serious issue because i am 100% sure i received this Life threatening bacteria from there i ate . I have proof of what i ate and when i ate there. Also, the documents stating what i had . This is urgent !! I do not speak english well and will need an interpreter. I also have my daughter to gelp me with this manner as welll | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
