I got one cheese burger and one small vanilla ice cream cone at 2:00 PM on Thursday May 30th 2019 and it was the only thing I ate that day and by 8:00 PM I was in so much pain I was ready to go to the Hospital | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
