Sweet-Spicy Chicken Illness - McDonald's, Raleigh North Carolina

7 years ago reported by user-xgdfk197 business

McDonald's, 4413, Capital Boulevard, Raleigh, NC, USA

4413 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh, 27604 North Carolina, United States

My girlfriend went there with the kids to get lunch, i asked her to get me fries and mc chicken as well as the kids their kids meal. She went ahead and tried out the new sweet and spicy chicken, after sitting at the window for a while she was asked to pull up and wait, after taking her the food they still forgot the new chicken and had to go back, after multiple times of not getting the order correct she finally was served, served alright because after eating our lunch, she was the only one who spent the night by the toilet with drinking a gallon of water, a bottle of Gatorade and 2 cans of ginger ale. After 14 hours of eating the food, 8 of which was spent by the toilet throwing up to the point rib cage, jaw and even head hurt from the uncomfortable uncontrollable throwing which now let to dehydration, legs hurt and arms hurt. Someone should either look into the new chicken or that l location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
