Sausage mcmuffin with egg, Wednesday April 6th at 9 am. Started feeling sick a couple hours later. The fever came on first. Started throwing up at about 130 pm. Diarrhea and vomiting lasted about 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
