I went to the drive-through and got a Mc chicken and fries and a large Dr Pepper nothing seemed Out of the ordinary and then about 3 AM I woke up from a sharp pain in my stomach and I had to diarrhea and then I diarrhea till about 5:30 AM and I fell back asleep woke up about eight put a hot bath on and slept in the bathtub an hour and a half then I threw up about 12-ish brushing my teeth | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
